We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented unpaid co-op student to join our Calgary office as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide a variety of administrative support tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for immigration consultants.
- Answer phones and emails in a professional and courteous manner, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
- Prepare and proofread documents, such as letters, reports, and client intake forms.
- Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital.
- Assist with travel arrangements for client meetings and conferences.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Unpaid Co-op Student - Digital Marketing Admin (Calgary)
We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy unpaid co-op student to join our Calgary office as a Digital Marketing Admin. In this role, you will assist with a variety of digital marketing tasks to help us grow our online presence.
- Create and manage engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including developing content and managing email lists.
- Update and maintain our website content to ensure it is accurate and informative.
- Help with search engine optimization (SEO) efforts by researching keywords and optimizing website content.
- Track and analyze website traffic and marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and recommend new strategies.

Immigration Consultant (IRCC-IRB)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients navigating the complex immigration process. You will help individuals and families achieve their dreams of establishing themselves in a new country.
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs and determine the best course of action.
- Prepare and submit immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documents on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and meeting all deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date on evolving immigration laws, regulations, and policies to provide clients with the most current information.
- Assist clients in understanding the requirements and procedures for obtaining visas, work permits, permanent residency, and citizenship.
- Communicate effectively with government agencies, embassies, and consulates to advocate for clients' cases.
- Provide clear and concise guidance on immigration options, eligibility criteria, and potential challenges clients may face.
- Prepare clients for interviews and hearings related to their immigration cases, increasing their chances of success.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and case progress.
**Qualifications**
We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
- RCIC-IRB License
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an Immigration Consultant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable way
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (highly desirable)
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
