What is IEC?

The International Experience Canada program provides young people with the opportunity to work and travel in Canada. If you're between the ages of 18 and 35 (inclusive) and hail from one of the participating countries, this is your chance to explore Canada, gain valuable work experience, and immerse yourself in the unique Canadian way of life.

How Does it Work?

The IEC program operates through a series of pools and rounds of invitations. Candidates submit their profiles to one or more IEC pools, and those selected in rounds of invitations will be invited to apply for an open work permit.
